F - Freedom - Boxed up some of DH car magazines so they can go into the loft. Sorted out my nail varnishes and make up bag. Also wore a shirt I like but never wear. If I didn’t like it after today it was going. But I did do it can stay.
E - Exercise - 150 skips
B - Budget- Checked bank balance against what I have left to go out and all as it should be.
R - Rules - Nothing here today
U - Unburden tat, still using things up mostly toiletries but also things to make pancakes!
A - Advanced planning, I’m parking this one until I know exactly what my take home pay will be now I’ve increased my hours.
R - Refuel - ate mostly healthy today, drank water (although that’s making me feel sickly) and no alcohol.
Y - You - self care - Not denying myself a pancake or 2!
2 - 2 trips out - Thursday should be my double night out for the month
0 - 100 days - on track
2 - Read 2 books - none again
3 - Gratitudes x 3 - wfh as don’t feel 100% today - tested for covid but negative. A sunny day, DS new gaming headset actually working.

A spend day today. Dog groomer first thing, then the weekly shop. I still need to pay the milk bill, which I will do online shortly.I need a couple of things in W*itrose that I couldn't get in L*dl, which I may get tomorrow, but more likely on Thursday.I managed to get a £1.50 f&v box from L*dl, and for most of the rest of the day have been dealing with the contents of this box, plus a couple of things left from last week's, and other random fridge contents. I made carrot and tahini soup for lunch (from BBC Good Food web site) which I chose because I have a part jar of tahini in the fridge. Also chopped and froze a swede and most of a cabbage, zested and juiced loads of lemons and limes and froze in small tubs. In between times, I made fish cakes for dinner (using up potatoes). There are some left for another meal, too. And I made lemon curd, now cooled and in the fridge, and a rice pudding to use up the dregs of last week's tub of cream.DD2 came in as she was passing, for a chat and some carrot and tahini soupGrateful today for my cold getting better, a clean and tidy dog, plenty of food, and seeing DD.10

NSD 14 today I think. First day back at work, no major disasters and we got through the day!
Checked through my finances and everything seems to be on track. This is the first month of separating my bills into a completely different account from my spending money and it seems to be working. I usually misplace money every month and I haven't this month so it looks like the right decision!
Managed a workout first thing and a quick walk at lunchtime. Have eaten well today too.
Nothing else to report, just waiting to see payslips so I can plan for March.10 -
Grateful today for free fruit in the office, for free bus travel, for dry milder weather and for evening birdsong.NST 🐢 & MF before 40 🤸8

Today I am grateful for a good day at work, for enjoyable classes, for no one bothering me!, for dc enjoying their evening youth group, for the knowledge that I'll be leaving at the end of the school year making life much more bearable.

Ooh @f0xh0les, that sounds VERY exciting!!! Keep us posted 😃
Thanks for doing March @grandmanerd.
Had a fantastic sleep, apart from DH waking me up at 2.30 when he came to bed. Felt refreshed, so did some yoga before breakfast. Did some Norwegian whilst eating breakfast, as I'd got up a bit later, so had to rush to fit everything in! Work went ok, had a lovely teacher in yesterday & today, who used to work in our school, but she moves away tomorrow. She's promised to stay in touch.
Training after work is next month, if written the wrong day down. Pinned a lady into a dress on my way home & stopped for a chat. Did 2 sewing jobs after tea, then pottered a bit before going in the bath. One of my work besties asked if I am free on Saturday to pop over to Caithness to help her empty her holiday cottage, something to look forward to 😊
Grateful for nice teachers, potential trip (should have time to visit shops we don't have on our island 😃), my back not being so soreUse it up, wear it out
Make do or do without!
If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours 😃

Still NSD 10, planned treat spending tonight.
I have finished a candle, and added a couple of things to the charity shop bags- I now have 3 ready to drop off- just need to get them dropped off now. Decluttering is a long slow process.
Very exciting news @f0xh0les, I hope you can get more quotes and work can start soon.
Has anyone used a Chase account? Any problems I should consider with a purely app based account? I'm considering it for the cashback on spending.

Super exciting @f0xh0les!!
Nothing really to report. NSD 12 yesterday. Went to the gym at lunchtime and incorporated 20 mins of splits exercises. Tried to eat “clean”. Felt super tired so had an early night.I have a cough but no other symptoms and the tiredness from the past few days seems to have gone, so hopefully it won’t turn into the lurgy.Grateful for not being ill, for a good night’s sleep.Have a great day turtlesStudent loan £5655

Good morning,
not much to report. Had an early night and got another good nights sleep.
The schools are going on another two days strike next week. I sometimes worry how single parents with no support manage all the time they have to take off. That's six days this year already I think.
Got the kids two new different German learning books and they voluntarily picked them up this morning. I find Duolingo doesn't work well for them.
DH will be away to his dad tonight. I will use the time to do a food inventory etc
Gratitude: Kids picking up German again, great sleep, music.
