Did yoga first thing. A good day at work, hot to spend an hour in the library again 😊 left work promptly, brought DS3 & GF home then I went for a walk round the block. Did 2 lots of Norwegian practice, then after tea I completed 2 sewing jobs, took GF home & watched TV with DS1.
Grateful for a light, dry day, DS1 doing the dishes, time in the library, tonight's moon

Spend today so I stay on 3NSDs. Managed to pick up some ys bargains along with the shopping. Have got a set of drawers in a new cupboard and done some reorganising so the things in the cupboard are more accessible and grouped together in a more sensible way. Hopefully it will stay tidier than it was before.
I have finished a candle and decluttered a bar of chocolate and now it's bedtime. 😴

We also take our bags of bags to the library for people buying the books for sale or just for carrying books home if it rains.11

Morning turtles,
Yesterday was NSD 3.Day 1/100 did a bit of writing before work, sat on a bench in the park at lunchtime to read and then a bit of Spanish practice.I had no coffee or tea yesterday to try to ease my cystitis symptoms… and the cravings were awful!! I didn’t realise how much I love and look forward to drinking coffee. Take my booze away and I manage but god I could never give up coffee. Colleague asked me if I was OK, so I must have looked miserable. Was tired all day but managed to go to my aerial hoop class after work.Grateful for making it through the day yesterday with only a little discomfort, for a good atmosphere at my class, for an NSD.Student loan £5655

Ended yesterday thinking I'd not done much but bags went out to rubbish and recycling, washing was moved on (clean clothes upstairs, more into the TD and then the 'waiting' pile into the WM). Swept the final bit of the kitchen floor (the bit where dropped scraps are jammed against the base of the cupboards and cooker. Cooked a head of celery and a pile of baby carrots whilst doing my lunch (curry with most of the celery added - there's another head in the fridge - and leeks, sweet potatoes, etc, etc).
Came unstuck on unloading the DW. I suspect they had taken a couple of things out (there were gaps - I don't leave gaps) and then set it off again. However it happened things were not washed and there were food scraps clogging it and baked on to the machine and the crocks. Asked DS3 to clean it then modified it to him lifting out the fully loaded base drawer. I wiped what I could with kitchen roll and then poured hot water on the stubborn bits (DS3 was still around so he filled the tub with hot water - I didn't move off the chair I was sitting on). Added all the cutlery I'd rounded up once the previous load had been set to run and squeezed plastic boxes and a plate into the spaces, so that should be ready when I go downstairs.
Unloaded the clean pots into the cupboard and all thee cans of paint from the bottom of the trolley squeezed into spaces on the under stairs cube shelves. I didn't count the bricks - I was too tired to go outside after lunch - but I had looked up how much a standard brick weighs so I can work out what size of removal I want. Basically about 2 cubic yards of bricks (but heavy stuff is counted by weight) and then as many 'things that are going' as I can gather together. 1 drawer from the old wardrobe was brought down and broken up (you throw it at the ground aiming for it to land on a corner).
They are/ were being used as temporary bookshelves/ ends but are being replaced by some lightweight crates I bought in the sale last year. The third one will be brought upstairs today (it's currently a lot higher up than my head - DS3 will put thing in locations convenient to him) and more books given more permanent lodgings (there are spaces because a shelf full of books went downstairs on the big bookcase last week.- 3 shelves full went to the cs in December but some were piled up so one empty shelf and some smaller spaces).
I have the fridge-freezers and freezer in my sights - cleaning all the outsides and removing all the things that have been put on top. I'd also like to continue chopping and cooking veg so when I feel like cooking, everything is ready to throw in a pan.
Grateful for accepting that clearing the bricks is too much for me, starting on a clutter cull (there are things I don't want in my house - if possible I want them gone rather than seeing how many years I can use them as raised beds which is only postponing the decision to a time when I'll probably be less able). Laughing at a couple of birds. There's a piece of bin bag caught on one of the 'weed trees'. When it's windy I often mistake it for a bird (out of the corner of my eye). Well not just one but 2 birds have just been along to 'chat it up' and assess it's potential as a possible mate.8 -
Oh dear, how disappointed they must have been. Hope the other birds did not laugh at him as he flew back...4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Not much happening today. DS is brand new again and both are off to school but DH and I have been floored by the cold again. DH has yet to emerge from the bedroom. I'm just lying on the couch, attempting some work and then lying down again. Think today is a write off. Tomorrow will be a better day.

Today I am grateful for a quiet day at work, for leaving promptly, for leftovers ready for tea, for a good book on the go, for sorting some admin at work.

I was working in the office today. I don’t know why but I always get anxious the night before going in and build it up as something stressful. And then I go in and it’s fine… it’s more than fine. It’s lovely to see people and chat in person. Maybe I need to go in more frequently to nip the anxiety in the bud.I bought myself and a colleague some chocolate so lost my NSD.Grateful today for waking to chirpy birds outside the window, for the days getting lighter, for seeing colleagues, and for chocolate.NST 🐢 & MF before 40 🤸11

Trip to the hygienist left me £40 lighter. She wants to see me in 4 months but I'm going for 6 as I was literally in for only 10mins. I had major issues with bleeding gums hence the hygienist, but since starting my B12 injections it's totally stopped. I've noticed other health issues have improved other than the obvious tiredness.
Called in the supermarket and picked up some bargains but left £62.33 lighter. Can't complain as a lot with spill into future weeks meals.
Had a lovely walk with mum this morning, the birds were full of themselves, singing their hearts out.
Lots to be grateful for today
