Right then grateful for a lovely sunny xcountry run with club ladies, car sharing to site - at boys old school, for a salty bath for my skin and a nap. And a couple of book readings I have found on utube. And still on a nsd day.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Afternoon turtles. Last night OH and I both fell asleep on the sofa, I took myself off to bed and he stayed there all night so I had the bed all to myself!Woke up feeling very congested again, inhaled some steamy olbas oil and took some paracetamol. Lounged about for a bit then went to see my share pony. No riding today as didn't feel up to it but just gave him some cuddles. Also bought some sinus medication. Felt absolutely terrible by the time I got home. Really need this illness to go now, too much work to get done next week.Felt a bit better after lunch so OH and I dropped our old mattress at the dump - sorry, "recycling centre". Our new mattress is exceedingly comfy so far. Hoping it helps my back. Also got a date for my ultrasound which will be next week, fingers crossed I can finally get a solution.Need to give the kitchen a clean and possibly run the hoover round, will see how I feel after next round of sinus meds. Other than that I plan to continue taking it very easy. Think I'm up to 3 NSD's. Lack of appetite means I've been eating healthily too so far this month, no workouts yet but I'm not stressing on that front when I've barely been able to move!9

A fairly quiet Sunday here.
Did a couple of washings, a bit of reading my book, a wee bit of tidying, etc.
DS and I walked to the local SM to post a parcel (another V!ntd sale), and to purchase bagels and cream cheese because DS was insistent that he had to have one. I was happy to go with it because he has also had a lost appetite this week from being ill.
I've sat this afternoon going through our monthly budget because there was too much money lying about... low and behold I'd forgot to transfer some things. Glad I caught them early before we got too far into the month.
Grateful today for getting on top of the washing, for OH making dinner, and for sorting the budget discrepancy.NST 🐢 & MF before 40 🤸9 -

Thank you @Thrifty_Taylor.
Had a spurt of energy today, went for a short walk then cleared a bedroom of all furniture except king-size bed, washed the walls down and painted one coat of the ceiling. Second coat will commence at 8pm 😀. Also did the usual Sunday jobs e.g school prep, check dc homework, cook dinner etc etc. Don't know where the energy is from but I am enjoying having it back - used to be like this about 8 years ago... pre dc..
Hugs to all.
Grateful for:

2. Roast beef dinner

Had a long lie, did yoga, then after breakfast I hung the washing out, looked round the garden for spring flowers then went for a walk with DH. Read my book whilst eating dinner, then spent 2 hours shovelling sand into sacks, DS3 joined me for an hour, then both of us & DH dragged the quarter full tonne bag into its new position & tipped the sacks back into it. One tonne bag down, one to go
Was very achy after all that, so haven't done much apart from put the washing on the clothes airer & repair my packed lunch bag.
Had a nice but quicker than usual soak in the bath, then got out to watch the last episode of HV, really enjoyed it. Also practiced 2 lots of Norwegian
Grateful for a dry day, one bag of sand being moved, DS helping, good TV, lots of lovely comments on my Meet the Maker post on FBUse it up, wear it out
Make do or do without!
If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours 😃

NSD 3, but I have put a couple of things in my "big river shop" basket to ponder over and possibly purchase on a spending day- might change my mind and take them out again or find them elsewhere.
Plans being made for half term, nothing too expensive but I think a lunch out is on the cards.
I've done more than 100,000 steps this week, but haven't quite reached the 15000 a day target.
Grateful today for a very tasty dinner using up some bits from the freezer, DD doing well at a sports lesson this morning and being able to sort out a tech problem for my mum over the phone.

Good morning,
today I'm grateful for a good nights sleep, for DS's cold not getting worse and sunshine.
I was finally able to close my CC account, although it took ages. E.g. was on hold for 8 min while she checked my transactions. It takes me 30 sec to see that everything is paid off??!! Then she asked me twice throughout the chat why I want to close it, why really? Then she said ok I'll submit the request. Why can't she just close it? It almost seems less hassle to get a new card than it is to close one. But that is the point isn't it?
Feeling a bit under the weather myself so will give the gym a miss. Probably have HM lentil soup for dinner, saved the stock from the ham I cooked on Friday.

Today I want you to think about everything you are instead of everything you are not.
I'm going to get dressed and go and count bricks (will count some and multiply).9
