Yeah Horizon submitted their evidence so I had ( have ) 7 days of when they submitted their evidence to comment to what they have submitted.And the driver had already been named and was thrown under the bus - am now fighting that the signage is abysmal / not visible to a someone with good eyesight so it is misleading.1

They uploaded a screenshot of it ( as though a copy paste picture from a website ) + a super up close picture and their photos are from 2019 - which are no longer even there.0

They’ve all been appealed … but they are still sending me letters for debt collection from debt recovery plus ?Coupon-mad said:How can there have been debt letters if you are at POPLA stage?0 -
Those tickets are also being sent to another address ( RK address ) as well as the person who the liability was changed to.They’re trying to get money in anyway they can.Causing serious stress to the person who took liability + the RK.0

Can they actually do anything if they’re threatening with these from ‘debt recovery plus’ ?
beacuse I’ve see countless people saying to ignore those letters demanding money..
and also if it’s at POPLA stage surely you can’t be doing that?0 -
Send an online complaint to the BPA about this because it is a significant breach of the Code, on 2 counts:parkingfinehelp2023 said:Those tickets are also being sent to another address ( RK address ) as well as the person who the liability was changed to.They’re trying to get money in anyway they can.Causing serious stress to the person who took liability + the RK.
1. When a case is at POPLA, it must be frozen and certainly not passed to a debt recovery bottom-feeder;
2. Once the driver's details are known, the BPA CoP (and the POFA) says that only the driver can be pursued.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
