    Only because the image is so grainy and ANPR isn't designed to enhance colour.  Looks like it could be grey.  That final digit looks more like M than W so it isn't cloned plates.

    it's crappy images by a rotten industry!  This is not CCTV.  It's a numberplate harvesting machine.

    Sorry it was a typo CY54 LNM is not registered with the DVLA. Whereas CV54 LNM is a Silver BMW 525

    Anyway, do come back and tell us when Smart crawl back under their stone after they see Grizebeck's appeal wording.

    Obviously no ticking 'driver'.  You will have to tick registered keeper.
