Newbie at the start of his CCJ claim form defence journey (Help) - UPDATE-CLAIM STRUCK OUT!!!!

    It's a court strikeout, not a DCB Legal discontinuation, and as I'm trying to keep the discontinuation thread 'pure', I won't include this case. But, good win, whichever way up. 🙂
    I would have thought still worth adding due to the waste of courts time for use in the future. 

    But either way I'm glad I didn't fold and made them fail.

    The single point of that DCB Legal discontinuation thread is to create a list to be passed to Government showing how DCB Legal are abusing the courts system by threatening hell and damnation before crawling back into their hole just before a hearing. To be taken seriously, it is important that the data collected is pure.
