Still waiting for a response from the above.

Heard nothing else yet but I suppose there is still plenty of time (court processing delays etc)

Remembering of course that that letter you showed us gives the Claimant twenty-eight days to respond to the CCBC... who then have to respond to you.

The wheels of justice move very slowly.

Below received today as expected stating they wish to proceed.
Will have to have another look at the steps and as the  next bits are bit more blurry for me.

Do I have another time limit now for the next stage?

Bog standard DCBL copy and paste and no more for you to do.
You certainly will not be trying to settle when a Judge is more likely to spank them and you claim costs.

The clue is ......Without Prejudice.    next stage of this wonderful game is they discontinue because it is yet another crap UKPC case

Interesting train of thought but as each thread is individual and posting all about the antics of DCBL is important so people can get to understand quickly.  such postings will not stop and B789 is correct in doing so

My interpretation of @Grizebeck post is for the OP to stop posting replies to questions that are already covered. The again, if I'm wrong... thank you for your support @patient_dream:#
