Thanks everyone.
I have had a response to my SAR request already.
They have sent the pics and a copy of the PCN etc to me.
Would it be worth posting on here to help with writing up my defence and is this allowed?

Yes it is allowed. Just redact any personal details. Focus on your defence statement completed which is due before the 30th January. Any comments from your SAR or photos you have will be more useful for when you have to write a witness statement1

That image of your Claim Form has the following clearly visible -
1) your MCOL password,
2) your vehicle's personalised reg. no.,
3) PCN reference numbers.
The PCN reference numbers also appear in other images.
That's almost enough information for anyone to file a Defence on your behalf.
It is certainly enough for any parking company employee to uniquely identify your case and add any information to their case that you let slip on this forum.1 -
