    You have missed ‘but liability is denied’ in para 2.

    Yes keep all the paragraphs in the template defence but you will need to renumber. You can refer to any evidence from your SAR in your WS

    OK great i will get it in order and submit by Wednesday and await for the next load of rubbish to be sent my way.

    Defence submitted today and Auto Acknowledgement  received from CCBC. 

    I will await the next stage of the process now.

    How long does it take for the MCOL Website  to show they have got the  defendants defence usually?

    Three weeks or so, at the mo.  They have a backlog. You are safe; you got the acknowledgement email.
