All contained in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, and Template Defence Announcement.  Avoid sending anything by snail mail, and there's no 'recorded mail' anymore ( now 'Signed For', but not for dealing with your N180).

Recently received the N180 form from the courts and will follow the guides i have found on here to complete and return.

My question is what is the best way of sending this back?
Should I post them or can you email them back?
When posting is it best to send recorded or just as normal?
Template defence thread at the top of this forum, first post, 12-point checklist, point #9 refers. It might be a good idea to print it off and use it as a reference.

Excellent news. Sadly, not enough judges pay enough attention to the woefully inadequate PoC that DCB Legal and most of the other PPCs go-to robo-claim monkeys put in their claims. This DDJ is on the ball and it will be interesting to see whether the intellectually malnourished DCB Legal eejits bother to comply with that order or just go for the inevitable discontinuance.

Perhaps the template defence could be tweaked to somehow include the specifics of that order, even if only to provide more of a prompt for other judges to make the robo-claim monkeys do the proper work needed to file a claim.

Manchester CC have generally been on the boil as far as poor PoC are concerned. Unless they have a template response to the Order, I thing DCB Legal will do their usual ..... discontinue!

I'm hoping so as it's dragged on now.

The deadline passed Tuesday but I wont know if they have submitted anything I suppose till the courts sends an update which always has a huge delay.
Saying that the court letter stated if the claiment did re submit then I would have until like 14th October to submit defense so surley I should know ASAP if they have done anything?

Yes. See the other Manchester case the same!

Search the forum for that Judge's surname (careful with spelling) and you will be able to read what's just happened with the other case.

    But these words...

...mean that the Claimant must file with the court and serve on the Defendant the revised PoC by the date specified.

If you have received nothing, then they have failed to meet the terms of that Order.
That needs pointing out to the Court.
