Picc line flushed. Nurse reminded that I needed my blood test too, treatment elsewhere (day case unit not MacMillan unit) due to staff shortage, poor chemo patients wedged into day case too. Smaller and crowded and I hope I don’t have my chemo in there on Friday…no sign of scalp cooling equipment
washed hob racks. DW and WM set up.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Valli I hope they get the drugs you need for your chemo xxMinus cold here, but the sun is out, I've been out to the garden wrapped up, to drain down a water butt, ready for OH to help me move it at the weekend.I've also hoovered whole houseBins and rubbish outLogs and kindling inTried to mend my little saw, but no luck, OH says he will look at it at the weekend, in the mean while I've ordered a new small one hand electric saw, I've sold a couple of items on eby so the sales money will cover the purchase money, so no spend as such.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Hello.
Work shift done, dog walked, dailies done, dry washing away, house hoovered.Spend less now, work less later.10 -
It's very quiet on the thread today - is everyone hibernating?
Hope your drugs have been sourced for tomorrow, Valli.
Well done on the sales, pigpen and kazwookie.
DH and I took Rosie for a longish walk just before lunch, so I haven't done much this afternoon except phonecalls. DGS2 has just rung to say thank you for his birthday present: he is now a teenager [gulp]. Apparently they spent their science lesson trying (unsuccessfully) to extract DNA from a banana, and next week they are going to try again with kiwi and strawberries!!! Why anyone would want to waste expensive fruit is beyond me.
K is coming tomorrow morning to clean all through the house, so I shall have to be up early to strip my bed, start the WM, dust all through, and shower before breakfast.

Hi ladies
I am here in spirit. Paid stuff so busy, then animal jobs by headtorch morning and night still. It’s snowing here and absolutely bitter. Definitely just keeping my head above water this week.
Still not spending, last two days were NSDs so 14/31. Will be spending a bit tomorrow as it’s bingo for families at the school which we are looking forward to. Big love to all from the chilly North Pennines xxx10 -
Naw..I’m off to steel city for my chemo. My friends are taking me and having an afternoon out bless them.
And I will be in a side room all on my own…Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
