Me again. I have done admin, done dailies, changed bedding, cleaned fridge inside and out, hoovered through and taken Poppet for a walk in the glorious sunshine and the first of three wash loads has just finished whirring.Spend less now, work less later.8

I really, really ought to do some admin….
Faffed about all morning, I did manage to s&s the bathroom but that’s about it. Oh and I threw out some dead flowers, and found 2 books for the cs bag. Apart from that…
Leaving in an hour to take the car to the garage, so can’t get my head around settling to do anything else. Sometimes I really am a waste of space!8 -

I have decluttered yet another visit to he surgery, this time for my Long Term Condition review. Which of my many conditions would that be, then?Glad BP is normal.
I did far too much yesterday - it just felt so good getting stuff done - now I am paying for it today, completely burnt out. Could be low B12; low thyroid; high blood pressure; anxiety; depression or ptsd. Feels physical so I'm guessing B12 (just had injection last Wed, takes a while to feel full effect for me) or thyroid which is playing up @ moment (meds doubled in over past 12 weeks)
So going to take a day replenishing spoons. Maybe some gentle flying.
We have a Snow Day today - whole Island is frozen, majority of things closed & everybody advised to stay home.
Stay safe and warm everyone, Thrifty x9 -
Nails sorted.. They are 'lava lamps'
DS2's graphics card delivered.. i shall go wrap it.. half in christmas paper and half in birthday..
I then need food and a cuppa.. Fortunately for me in the sale last winter I bought a regatta coat with a heating element so I was roasty toasty.. I also have my wool leggings under my cotton ones.
I will sort a list while eating but I will run the DW while making a cuppa.. it doesn't take long..

I have THIS .. which I can wear under any coat..
Then I have THIS coat which isn't as warm as the vest if I am honest. There is a whole range HERE .. these and the vest just run off one of those rechargable power banks
And THESE are the woolly legging/tights.. yes they are expensive but I have bee wearing mine for 2 years and have loads and never had to upt a single pair in the bin.. normal tigts I rip putting them on the first time usually.. I have the footless merino tights and the ordinary footless tights and the chub rub shorts.. they are all fantastic.. now they should give me a freebie for that ringing endorsement. I bought my sister some for christmas last year too.
dw on.. dashing to school...

Afternoon ladies - popping on before I head out to collect Small from cookery club...Tiny was invited to his friend's house for tea, so i have a whole hour to myself! What luxury!
Thank you all for thinking of my during the recent horrendous weather. Dizzyland remained dry, although twice the flooding cut us off and Small couldn't get to school as the road either side of the house was two feet deep in water. There is green appearing back in the fields, although the river remains out of it's banks, but as there has been no rain today, I'm hopful things are drying up.
If I'm honest, flying has been on the backburner for the past few weeks and today I've been in the shop sorting things for two clients. I have been able to run the washing machine today without the soakaway regurgitating water back through the wetroom floor, so bonus on that. The washing pile is ENORMOUS.
Last puppy from our unexpected litter went to her new home on Sunday, so I'm back down to ten dogs. Nice round number. Saffron, the pup we kept, is snoozing half on my lap as I type, squished in next to the Bull Terrier (who has appalling wind) and our oldest Ridgeback girlie who has curled up like a snail shell. I luvs my puppers. I also have a dead leg and a crook in my neck from typing at a weird angle lol
Ok, off to scoop up Small, then an attempt at finding the kitchen surfaces must be made.
