Last time I had similar, they said that I clicked their "got you" trap answers. They eventually reenabled my account. I have since been more careful and done less surveys.

I did the same and got suspended. I don't do the surveys any more as I'm dyslexic and could easily fall into the trap again. I just rely on the points from the linked bank accounts now.

When did you join yougov? I joined in 2025 and the option for new users to share banking data had been removed by then.

Did anyone else recently experienced this or is it just me?

I was doing this for several years and the renewal system always worked for me (even the old clumsy one). Now 2 of my bank accounts are ready for renewal, but Plaid doesn't respond and at the end I get "Oops! Something went wrong…" message.

I renewed 2 accounts last week. Might just be a weekend issue, hopefully. I would try again tomorrow.

What is the thinking on the demise of Halifax? It's a potential 4 accounts I could lose if they aren't recognised as the same accounts if and when Halifax-branded open banking is shut down.
