Last time I had similar, they said that I clicked their "got you" trap answers. They eventually reenabled my account. I have since been more careful and done less surveys.

I did the same and got suspended. I don't do the surveys any more as I'm dyslexic and could easily fall into the trap again. I just rely on the points from the linked bank accounts now.

I don't seem to have the option of adding banking connections. All I seem to be able to do is upload data?

When did you join yougov? I joined in 2025 and the option for new users to share banking data had been removed by then.
