I have been able to renew mine but have been down to 9 for a while as they don't allow the saver to be renewed only current accounts and cards - the account does appear but cannot be chosen. They seem to let me do them a week in advance when they send the reminder but I push it to the final day or two to extend as long as possible.
Not yet had any queries about a couple of empty/unused credit cards which I'd otherwise have closed!

Thanks for confirming. Not working and no codes via website or using the app. Emailed support now. Pretty annoying as unable to upload weekly data and have some bank accounts that expire this week I can't renew. Hope they respond quickly.

I had this problem about a year ago and support took ages to reply (weeks). They finally said that I’d triggered some security thing and so has suspended my account (they did unfreeze it again).

I've also had this happen a few times over the past few years. First few times contacting them was slow but it did get resolved eventually (weeks, similar to above) but my most recent lockout has been for a few months now and they don't seem to be responding. I've more or less given up at this point as I haven't been able to renew for quite a while.

Same for me, all was working well for the first few months and I was nearing my first cash out but have been locked out since November. No replies from support, no one else I can contact.

Thanks for your replies, never had such an issue before and have had many payouts before and the first time and Iusually do al their surveys and according to them I am in the top 1% of their respondents so I hope they respond and unlock as I have no idea what I could have done wrong resulting in this. I'll keep you posted. For those that not had a response, I would keep writing to them.
