My four auto-renewed accounts also require manually renewing now. Chaotic indeed.ColdIron said:ColdIron said:

I had an email earlier this week to renew one account that had 5 days remaining, which I did, whilst the other 4 were down to 3 days, but renewing wasn’t possible, as the renew button was greyed out.
anyone seeing similar?I have 9. One of them, Lloyds, offered the renew button which I used 3 days ago and now shows 87 days remaining. The other 8 never gave me the renew option even though 6 of them were previously renewed at the same time as Lloyds. Those 6 rolled over today and seem to have renewed automatically with no authorisation by meThe first, Lloyds, now shows Active 87 days remaining. The other 6 show Active Since 3 Dec 2025 and the final 2 Active 1 day remaining with no renew optionOne ray of hope is I closed a Barclaycard a month ago, showing as Settled by the CRAs, and that's one of the 6 showing still active. I doubt that would have survived a manual renewConfused? YesCuriouser and curiouser5 of the 6 decided they weren't active or renewed after all, turned bright red and belatedly offered the renew button. The final 2 with 1 day remaining (as they have been since Monday) still have no renewSadly my cancelled Barclaycard is still showing as active, has not offered renew, and I think it's a dead man walkingIt all seems a bit chaotic but has (nearly) got there with no unauthorised renewal1 -

Should just stay with same figures and not mix lifetime with annual figuresMiddle_of_the_Road said:If we're posting statistics 🙂

Ah ok, didn't notice the distinction. Had to search for my stats. Presume you data was from an email?pecunianonolet said:

Many thanks to @Bridlington1, @Band7, @Section62, @MikeJXE, @friolento, @Middle_of_the_Road and many others who have promoted YouGov points and rewards through this and other threads,I have benefited from being a member for almost three years, to the tune of a decent three figure sum over the three years - by completing surveys, connecting TV streaming services, Google, Youtube, and Banking data (10 current accounts or credit cards for 500 points per quarter year). But since YouGov Finance stopped the Banking data rewards, and then started rewarding 5p per connected account per day, I have only been permitted to register a maximum of three bank accounts, but I understand that others on here are fortunate enough to be able to register up to 10 accounts.
Does anyone else have this same issue / limitation, and more importantly has anyone been able to get their number of permitted accounts increased?I had contacted YouGov support in October 2024 and got a reply that the full-feature eligibility was by invite only, I contacted again in June 2025 but no response to the most recent support enquiry.

I think as part of the change to daily points from sharing bank data, the limit was reduced from 10 to 3 accountsreub075 said:Many thanks to @Bridlington1, @Band7, @Section62, @MikeJXE, @friolento, @Middle_of_the_Road and many others who have promoted YouGov points and rewards through this and other threads,I have benefited from being a member for almost three years, to the tune of a decent three figure sum over the three years - by completing surveys, connecting TV streaming services, Google, Youtube, and Banking data (10 current accounts or credit cards for 500 points per quarter year). But since YouGov Finance stopped the Banking data rewards, and then started rewarding 5p per connected account per day, I have only been permitted to register a maximum of three bank accounts, but I understand that others on here are fortunate enough to be able to register up to 10 accounts.

If you already had more than 3 you could keep and renew but not add any more (or replace, for example after Sainsbury's Bank closed the YouGov 'space' was lost)1
