It just logs sites you’ve visited and YouTube vids you’ve watched. You can see by going towmb194 said:
It doesn't just upload your full search history?Marcoos said:Been offered to link my Google Activity 50 points for the first connection and 25 for upload. Then 25 points for further uploads (weekly)
It wants to see your web & app activity and youtube.
I must have had web & app switched off. So had to enable and then try again, which recorded hitting the yougov site. Switched it back off again and will enable it again next week

I had mine turned off. So there was nothing to see. YouGov wanted it back on. So did, uploaded and then switched it back off.My history only shows me hitting the YouGov site and nothing before or after.2 -
Actually yes, I've got a Google account that's lived on one phone and nowhere else, turned on every three months to make sure the SIM stays alive - that should do for an account and a browser too.MikeJXE said:
You could allow them to look at your browsing history on another browser where you don’t browse what you don’t want to shareflaneurs_lobster said:
I'm happily allowing Yougov's bots to crawl all over my bank accounts, streaming choices and Amazon purchases but even I draw the line at my browsing history.wmb194 said:

I've had a couple of different banking connections fail to renew recently. I went through the usual process but right at the end it just takes me back to the original screen and shows the connection as still needing to be renewed and now both have expired (RBS and First Direct).
Has anyone had similar issues recently?0 -
Problem renewing First Direct this week, didn't get beyond trying to connect to their Open Banking partner (Plaid?). Same problem on browser and app.georged123 said:I've had a couple of different banking connections fail to renew recently. Went away when I tried it the next day.
Now why can I renew NatWest app to app while Ulster dumps me out to the browser interface?0 -
Four of my banking connections have been automatically renewed today. They now show “since 3 Dec” instead of x days remaining.
I had an email earlier this week to renew one account that had 5 days remaining, which I did, whilst the other 4 were down to 3 days, but renewing wasn’t possible, as the renew button was greyed out.
anyone seeing similar?1 -
Yes with the Co-op bank that failed to renew on many attemptsgeorged123 said:I've had a couple of different banking connections fail to renew recently. I contacted yougov and after a month back and forth it was sorted
During the month I discovered on several occasions in the banking app it was still connected to Plaid but I wasn't getting the points
The solution was to delete the connection in the back app then renew from yougov
Unfortunately because Plaid say there was no connection I lost a months points1 -

anyone seeing similar?I have 9. One of them, Lloyds, offered the renew button which I used 3 days ago and now shows 87 days remaining. The other 8 never gave me the renew option even though 6 of them were previously renewed at the same time as Lloyds. Those 6 rolled over today and seem to have renewed automatically with no authorisation by meThe first, Lloyds, now shows Active 87 days remaining. The other 6 show Active Since 3 Dec 2025 and the final 2 Active 1 day remaining with no renew optionOne ray of hope is I closed a Barclaycard a month ago, showing as Settled by the CRAs, and that's one of the 6 showing still active. I doubt that would have survived a manual renewConfused? Yes1 -
I was offered to renew Lloyds a few days ago but not others (they all renewed the same time last round). Today, all apart from Lloyds show active with 0 day remaining. The renew buttons continue to be disabled. Confusing.1

Any suggestions for what to do if the login code is not being received? I have used the contact support form on the yougov website but only received the auto response. No login codes received for a few weeks and just as I was nearing my first 5000 points too.0

YouGov's login code email is usually very reliable and the fastest in the business, virtually instant. Spam folder? Correct email address?0
