It eventually worked for me, reconnected at around 5.15pm today. I used YouGov app this time, don't know if that makes any difference?

Yep, forced my 9 through eventually - quite a number of timeouts/retries.

Seems to help if when using the YouGov app you pre-open the bank's app you are trying to link - or not.

I didn't pre-open any apps. Bank's apps opened automatically. All went smooth and quick, no hiccups.

When I tried to reconnect my Halifax accounts x 3 it only accepted 1 and left 2 out.
Has this happened to you ? If so what did you do to get the 'lost' 2 reconnected?

Bad news, I'm afraid, @masonic

PLAID no longer shows the list of banks now but directly transfers to the Halifax login. So there is a real risk that we will lose our Halifax connections. 5 in my case, gulp!

Oh dear. Still a chance some sort of redirect mechanism could be put in place. Mine are up for renewal soon, so I'll at least get another 90 days out of them.

Is there any benefit from having 9? I thought the benefit has been capped at 3 accounts for a number of years

The original cap was 10, this was reduced to 3 for new users. Existing users can continue to collect on their extended collection BUT if you lose a connection (bank account closed, iffy Plaid connection to firstdirect) you can't add a replacement, hence my nine.
