Well I'm awake.. I was hoping to get at least a little extra sleep but no.. I am forbidden.. figured I may as well look at my list while I get a cuppa.. see if we can actually clear a few bits off.Bed stripped when we went up last night.. *thanks Pudding for his deposit* ... so I have that to go in the WM before anything else is done.. and the DW and general S&S of the kitchen needs to be done.Todays/weekend/put off until some point in the very distant future list..
- Middle room needs some shuffling
- food collection 3-4
- WM
- TD
- DW
- Write uniform list for September.. We have Dots place confirmed so we can buy her uniform now before March when it is all out of stock in 5 minutes.. I got rid of everything when Tiddles left.
- List V!nted stuff x5 x5 .. let's see if I can manage more than 2 sets .. I list in 5's.. clearly
- sort coats.. I am certain we have many which can be rehomed.
- Stuff OH up a ladder to clear the gutter.. he hates it but it absolutely has to be done.. the ladders are twisted and I couldnt support OH's weight and stop them twisting so we are going to nag for others.
- Stuff OH in the loft with the christmas stuff.. it is all on the landing and annoying me.
- tip run.. maybe.. if we can be bothered. Moomin added to our tip pile with some polystyrene and empty boxes.
- find the bills which need paying this week so they can be paid on Monday/Tuesday
- order
graphics card for DS2 for his birthday today (27!!!!). He is making
the first payment and I will cover the next 2.. for christmas and
birthday as it is a lot of money and what he wants. He helps us out
loads taking girls to activities and buy bits from the shop so I want
him to know it is appreciated.. it would be much easier if he hadn't
been born so close to christmas though.. he was due 8th March and born
15th January.. very naughty! .. look how cute he was

Morning all.
I also slept in till 8.30 today. I have done dailies, hoovered through, done a few stretches to try to ease my aching back, and have had a lovely muddy walk with Poppet in glorious sunshine.
So next is a bath for her.Spend less now, work less later.9 -

It's ok you can stand down, we went to a local market town for a walk around, OH didn't want to stop too long as it was so cold.

Bank account up to date. Episode of Endeavour decluttered from telly box - I enjoy crime/detective stuff but didn't have time to watch before - so I know have a backlog. I have also read lots of Mrs Harris Goes to New York - the book I received at xmas was a 'double' book. DW emptied, bit of non DW safe stuff WUALTDDon't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Hi all
Being to the big city today, well the shopping park on the outskirts. With some rubbish weather forecast DH wants to be ready to start painting DS2s bedroom if he can't do any work, and I am not arguing with that. If we don't make a start we are going to end up with the whole house needing decorating at once. I was all for new furniture and a new carpet too (which we can't really afford) but we have agreed that we will clean the carpet and DH will repaint the furniture until DS2 has settled somewhere permanently. Pleased that we are both being so sensible about this.
I seem to have spent quite a bit, but we stocked up on things like coffee, washing powder and loo rolls which are expensive to buy locally. The one big extravagance was a lovely funky silver light shade for DS's room which was £16.50.
Put some chicken in the SC before we went out so thats an easy tea, bit anxious about the paid stuff tomorrow for no logical reason, will make the most of my evening.
Pigpen such a cute pic, DS2 has a January birthday too, he was due Boxing Day and arrived on the 2nd. They still need to be appreciated at that age, he sounds like a good lad.

He is helping OH put christmas in the loft because my hip is killing. He is a lovely grown up.. still a bit of a temper on hm very very occasionally but none of us are perfect always.
I've just bashed my knee, the sore one.. so it hurts even more than it did before.
I shall update my list.

Todays housework was mopping and putting all washing away, ironing and some rearranging of cupboards and binning some crap 🤷♀️ tomorrow I’ll focus on doing some washing, doing a meal plan and hopefully finishing my book in peace 😂8

My claim to Flying today is that I have mopped the kitchen floor and done a 10-minute tidy round.7
