No, 33 actually, and PoPLA isn't independent either. Please don't believe what the unregulated parking industry referred to as rogues, scammers, and bloodsuckers by UK MPs across all parties has to say.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Have JLL or CompletelyRetail responded yet?0 -
So, anyway - I'm guessing with the POPLA appeal I go all in with an actual complaint accurate complaint (i.e. there's no generic template)? I state that the signs are inadequate - hard to see for the driver at entry and the time limits are not clearly legible? Think my deadline is Thursday evening.0

Have a look at the third post in the sticky Announcement for NEWBIEZS where you will find links to several appeal points. These will normally include (where applicable) : -
Not the landowner
No standing to issue charges in their own name
Inadequate signage/signs incapable of forming a contract
BPA CoP failures
PoFA failures
Anything else relevant.
Include photos of the signs as viewed from a driver's perspective to highlight how the charge for breaching Ts and Cs cannot be read. Embed images (do not use links to them)
Show us your draft before you submit it.
