As above, do not reply. Simply await your PoPLA code. If they are asking for the driver's identity then the NTK may not have been PoFA compliant which will be a point to raise with PoPLA once they supply the code.

This information is all in the NEWBIES thread for you to read and understand.

How did you the keeper get on with their complaints to the landowner and their MP?

TBH there's a shed-tonne of info in the thread and I don't want to do anything wrong and f up lol

Not sure how I can find out who owns the land TBH, it's a retail car park for around half a dozen shops (of which I don't visit!) so didn't look into that side.

The NEWBIES thread isn't complicated.  It is step by step advice.  And PLAN A there (clearly explained) is to complain to whoever runs the retail park if the Store Managers won't cancel the PCN.

Are you saying that retail park has no 'retailers/welcome' sign at the entrance with the managing agents' name & number on it - almost always at the bottom - AND also that nothing at all comes up when you Google the place?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Where exactly is this car park?

I had about 2 1/2 weeks until I had to appeal and figured I wouldn't get it overturned in that time even if I could figure out who owned the car park...I also assumed that once I appealed then that option was no longer available.

I will have a look, I've only been looking for specifically the UKPC signage as per the pictures I posted.

    After a bit of googling I found this;

Shop for rent | Horizon Retail Park, Solarton Road, Farnborough, GU14 7QJ | Completely Retail

I guess I write to Royal  London?

    Nope.

Look at the entrance on Google maps, like I suggested.  The agents who manage it are right there where I said they'd be, with a helpline phone number.

There's this sign at the entrance which will surely help you...

I appreciate the advice, and I don't want to argue, but you didn't say check google maps - you asked if there was a sign which I was going to physically re-check. You also mentioned googling to see what I could find...didn't even think about google maps as it's close to me. Again though, thanks for your help.

Use the "SayNoTo0870.com" website to try find an alternative number as some 0845 number are almost premium rate! Also, JLL have contact us page on their website:  https://www.jll.co.uk/en/contact-us

This page gives all their different office phone numbers: https://www.jll.co.uk/en/locations

Edited to add: I believe that JLL no longer have anything to do with this retail park. No idea who new owners/managers are.
