Another £338.52 added to the OP savings account today thanks to interest on the savings. It's lower this month as sadly Santander dropped the rate after a year (they said I had too much in there!) so I'm having to wait for a card from them so I can transfer the money into a higher rate account.
Still not a bad amount and it will be well used to overpay on a mortgage as soon as our fixed rate expires :)

    My total is now £19565.92 / £81700 = 23.94%

Getting close to hitting the 24% mark then next step will 25% :)

    Hi everyone,

    How is everybody getting on?

Thanks to hubby's OT in his job and careful spending in July we have managed to add £2000 into the OP savings pot today :)

    My total is now £21668.21 / £81700 = 26.52%

We have officially managed to save a quarter of our 2nd BTL mortgage since January this year. It feels very good but I'm not stopping until all our BTL mortgages have been paid :)

Sorry me again. I just realised I also forgot to transfer over the money I have made the last few days so am declaring a further £799.90 paid into the OP savings pot.

    My total is now £22468.11 / £81700 = 27.50%

Very happy with my percentage jump today. I actually am starting to feel like we are getting somewhere :)
