doingitanyway said:What are you doing with the tofu before it goes in the air fryer. I would like to eat tofu but need to find a nice way to do it...it is high in both protein and calcium so good, but I can never make it tasty.

Oooo thanks for the suggestions @Sun_Addict I'll try those.
I'm the same @doingitanyway I want to like tofu but haven't had many good experiences with it.

Declaring NSD3 of September. I was hoping tomorrow would be one too but we're almost out of milk.
Managed to get the dry washing in before it started raining so that needs ironing.
The big job at work hasn't materialised yet, all I know is I'm not needed at this stage.
I've booked in a catch up with the friend I swap books with for next week. I've warned her I have quite a few for her 😆 It will be good to see her again, not seen her since around March time. I've got another friend asking for a catch up who I haven't seen for absolutely years. I love getting these catch ups booked in for something to look forward to.
Ended up doing a short very enjoyable YT dance type workout at lunchtime from the Reps to the Rhythm channel.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -

Happy Thursday, almost the weekend again 😎
WFH so my usual slow start reading with a coffee and a few Spanish lessons. Only disturbed by the dog getting up and looking for her breakfast.
All day today it's a WW Discovery Day so will have that on in the background while I'm working. Looking forward to listening in to all the various workshops planned, although will miss some due to being in meetings.
Today's exercise plan is dog walking later this morning, strength training at lunchtime, Zumba tonight followed by a bonus yoga and meditation session at 7pm.
Tonight's dinner is Spanish style butterbean stew, not made this for a while. I'm making 2 portions so there's one for tomorrow's lunch when I'm back in the office.
Money wise it's a bit quiet at the moment getting ready for the start of the new 4 week budget period on Monday. Might be NSD4 if the milk holds out until tomorrow, that depends on Mr SA and DD's usage though. Annoys me that no one tells me when we're running low on bread, milk and margarine, I don't use them but apparently I'm expected to notice this!
Mr SA was a bit odd last night constantly scrolling up and down the channel list with the TV remote in the bedroom. I asked him what he was looking for but he didn't seem to know. I was about to get up and pull the plug out but fell asleep. I'll keep an eye on this as it's how he started with the brain tumour doing odd repetitive things that didn't make sense.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -
Hope Mr SA is ok. TBH, we often just scroll up & down trying to find something worth watching. Its such a load of rubbish these days. I think if I keep going back up & down I might find something I missed. LolMaking the debt go down and savings go up

Hope Mr SA is ok. It must be worrying for you when he does these things. Years after my Dh had a bad seizure (they think it was stress induced but don’t really know) if he rubs his eyes and blinks I keep an eye on him, as that’s how he started. It must be very scary with Mr SAJanuary spends - £587.582
