Sorry to hear about the allergy and presentation, and the coincidence of the two. Anti-allergy medication is a very good reason not to live in the past (should some time machine ever turn up on your doorstep).

    Hope the presentation goes well.

Just wondering about your allergy.  I have noticed that if one of my neighbours lets their lawn grow long my hayfever is definitely worse.  It doesn't bother me if any of the other (or me even) do, just the one & they seem to have brown things growing in it.  Could it be something like that.  Then there is my sister who doesn't have much trouble from grass & flowers, but shrubs bushes & trees are a different story, so all year round really.
I have noticed my hayfever has got worse since people started leaving things for bees etc.  But I have (so far) gone over half of my life with no hayfever at all so counting my blessings.

  • Ooh that's a good deal, well done!

Glad the presentation went well and you got your cream.

That's so frustrating about Mr SA's phone calls and nagging. I'm impressed you didn't tell him to meet you while you got a wee bit of peace at home 😁

    Morning all, happy Friday eve.

A lovely sunny morning and WFH today.

The dog has a vet check up on her ear infection later this morning. Hopefully this is the last visit until her annual booster in September. I'm going to tie this in with a visit to BnM while I'm down that way.

Today's exercise will be walking to/from the vets (1 hour each way) plus Pilates at lunchtime and Zumba later (if the instructor is back).

Need to sort something out for dinner, still cross with myself I haven't done a meal plan, struggling to get back into the swing of it this week. These pesky holidays don't half through me out of kilter 😆 If I get time I'm going to sort out the freezers yet again. I need to make room for the veggie burgers and sausages anyway. Thinking about getting a frost free chest freezer in the Black Friday sales which is what I should've got in the first place. The overflow freezer I bought is too small for my purposes really.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

Mr SA's pestering must be very annoying.

Hope the vets trip goes well
