Your garden looks so green.
Ours is doing an impressive impression of a desert right now.
Apart from the olive trees. They are loving the weather and have gone mad 🙄3 -

I managed to get quite a bit done today. Did a fair bit of decluttering that’s been on the to do list for a while plus a bit of garden tidying where plants/bushes were getting out of hand. I switched between indoor and outdoor jobs with breaks in between to read my book in my hanging chair. It was just nice not to be at work and potter about. I’m off next Friday too meeting friends for lunch 🙂I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

Morning happy Saturday 🥂
Mr SA is already up and about - it’s going to be a long day 😬 I did manage a bit of time beforehand to read my book and have a coffee though.Today’s exercise is ClubFit shortly, taking the dog on the park before it gets too hot and walking to the local shops for a paper.DS and the GKs are visiting this afternoon. The dog gets really excited when they arrive.I want to carry on with the decluttering mission. Just chipping away at it rather than going mad.Tonight’s dinner is aubergine and chickpea curry, a recipe from my WW app. Prosecco is already in the fridge.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
Well the weather isn’t so good today. It’s cloudy and we’ve just had some rain. Glad I was off yesterday, I would’ve been gutted. The sun is trying to come out as I write so hopefully I’ll get to sit outside with my book later, if not I have plenty of indoor jobs to do.Popped out to the local shops and had a browse in a charity shop. Bought a brand new t-shirt with tag still on for £3.99. It’s got a sequinned pineapple on the front and is fabulous. Apart from that only bought a paper and some mushrooms so well under £10 spent today.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

I think we have been lucky with the weather so far today. It has looked like rain but its held off so far.
Got a couple of loads of washing line dried and got the Lawns cut and the hedge cut and the unruly olive trees pruned.
Need to take the clippings to the tip when the other half has finished polishing the car. Hopefully he won't be too much longer.
We could do with some rain. Don't mind if we get some once we have finished the outside jobs for the day!3 -
The rain was just a flash in the pan. The sun came out and it was back to being lovely again. When DS and the GKs came we sat outside then when they went home I sat reading my book in the hanging chair. The dog has had a whale of a time with several people throwing a ball for her.In greenhouse news some strange plants started growing alongside the chives. I thought they were weeds but I always wait and see what the flowers look like before I pull them. They’ve now flowered and look very much like snapdragons. I don’t recall having any snapdragon seeds so goodness knows where these came from.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

Morning happy Sunday 😎
Weather is sunny at the moment but rain is forecast for later. I think I was getting a bit complacent about it being hot and sunny, expecting it every day 😆 I have loads to do indoors, cleaning, decluttering and I want to list some sandals and handbags on eBay. Not listed anything for a couple of years. I considered Vinted but not sure about it for selling. The items are unused still got tags on.Today’s exercise will be dog walking and a yoga or Pilates session later. I’m going to make a batch of carrot and lentil soup for work lunches and tonight’s dinner is stir fry with a peanut sauce.I was planning a NSD but I’ve had my eye on a Ninja food processor for months and it’s currently £20 off with a further code for 20% off so decided to treat myself out of my survey earnings. I went via TCB too so have purchased it in the most MSE way I can. My current food processor is ancient and a faff to use so hoping the Ninja one will be a lot easier.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
Happy new Ninja, that sounds like an excellent bargain 😁
I haven’t tried vinted either. I’m not sure what it is about stepping into the unknown that’s so difficult, but it is.Have a lovely day 🌞Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

We had rain overnight , thunder was very loud overhead , it's dry now we definitely needed it. The Ninja processor was a good bargain with the discount , I have looked at it a few times . You will have to give your thoughts on it when you have used it.I have always used EBay , even though my DD swears by Vinted, I guess it's what you get used to.Have a good day SA , any Prosecco left for tonight ?Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3
