I hope that Mr S_A is ok (and that they keep him for a bit). I hope that you're ok too and that you manage to have a nap and some time to yourself today.3

Sorry to hear Mr SA isn't well. Hope you're doing OK. XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Sending love @Sun_Addict. You do really badly need a break and ongoing help. If you hit the buffers, then what?! Humdinger xx3

I hope everything goes ok Sun_Addict but I agree with the others you really need some help with dealing with him. Please take care. xxxxHave adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.3

Hope Mr SA is ok. Equally I hope that you manage to have some down time for yourself, even if just for a few hours while he is being looked after in hospital.
Virtual hugs heading your way.3 -
Thank you all.
He rang a few minutes ago to say he was going for a scan. He's not happy with me for ringing the ambulance and is insisting there's nothing wrong with him. I've just tried to call the surgery to cancel the paramedic and they're not taking calls at the moment as they're too busy!
Work have said to take the day off as special leave but while I'm working it's keeping me busy. I will log off at some stage though, I've just got a few bits to do and have sent apologies for the meetings I was supposed to be going to today.
There's no point making my way to the hospital while they're still running tests, last time I accompanied him I was in the way more than anything. I don't plan to go until he's ready to be picked up or has been admitted.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
Sending hugs. I think you're wise to keep yourself occupied at home while you wait. The only thing I can think of to suggest (we always feel we need to make suggestions! and I think you will have done this when the ambulance came) is to flag up as many concerns as possible while they have him in their hands.
I hope you get some peaceful hours xI think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

speaking as a retired nurse I really think you should say at that you cannot take him home unless extra care is in place. Your husband will soon get used to it although he will complain at first. As others have said if you get ill then what? You have done a wonderful job but you need to accept some help. It is hard to accept other people in your house but please consider it.7

So sorry to hear about Mr SA’s fall, must have been scary for you all, hope you didn’t have to wait too long for help?
I’m sure I’m not the only one hoping they keep him in to give you a break & to sort out what’s needed in terms of care longer term. It cannot continue to all be down to you SA!:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j4 -
