  • I'm not looking forward to the week ahead either SA! I was inspired by you today when caring responsibilities got a bit much and went to the gym at 7am to burn some frustration off. Can I ask what the live/recorded classes are that you do from home?

    I'm not looking forward to the week ahead either SA! I was inspired by you today when caring responsibilities got a bit much and went to the gym at 7am to burn some frustration off. Can I ask what the live/recorded classes are that you do from home? 
    The live ones are on my WW app: Zumba, resistance bands, bums&tums, stretch & tone and ClubFit. I pay £6.95 a month as a gold member. The others are either something from You Tube or the FitOn app - these are free. 
    I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • Thank you! I go to classes at the gym as my sanity time away from my folks house, but think I need a physical release even more on the days I can't leave the house.

    Plans for today are dog walking, meal planning, Spanish, surveys, cleaning, washing, ironing and gardening. I need to create an exercise plan as I want to make sure some yoga/Pilates is included as I struggle to fit these in and I really need to do some stretching. 
    Stealing from you as an exercise plan is such a good idea. I quite fancy an online 10 minute yoga stretch session at night and in the morning...
