Forgot to say Mr SA got the washing out of the machine and hung it out again for me. Pity I hadn’t washed it yet 😆
Bless him , bet you had to think for a minute when you saw it

What's making him help out all of a sudden?

Between @badmemory's son's hoovering and Mr SA's un-laundered laundry, your thread is making me laugh. I'm in awe of 32,000 steps - wow, most people probably couldn't have achieved that. I did a quick google and it's about 3/4 of the way to a marathon.
FitBit is telling me I’ve done 102 floors, 13.35 miles, 2562 calories and 457 zone minutes 🙂 Couldn’t do this everyday though I’d wear myself away 😆

  • Just popping on to say that my week ahead exercise plan (inspired by @Sun_Addict) is working well so far! I found something active to do each day and also a couple of not-time-specific options as back ups in case everything went a bit awry in the day. Thank you!

Back at my desk now. We don’t know what it was yet. We do a starburst evacuation so we have to disperse into the local area for 45 minutes. I used the time wisely and went to B&M 😆
    LOve it

    Morning all.

WFH today thank goodness. My dodgy ankle is a bit sore after yesterday.

Did a quick check of finances and have sent an oddment of £9.00 to the Christmas pot, £9.09 in total to the 1p saver which will cover up to next Tuesday and £250 to the holiday pot. Today will be NSD5. At that boring stage of the month now where payday seems a long way off and things are just ticking over.

Today's exercise will be quite low key, aiming for 10,000 steps which will include taking the dog on the park, a live weights session at lunchtime and a stretching session after work. I've joined a 3 week stretch and restore challenge on my FitOn app, the sessions are only 10-15 minutes and I have to do 3 a week, I can definitely fit that in.

Tonight's dinner is a portion of veg lasagne from the freezer with salad.

I need to give the bathroom a good clean today also the bedroom. The dog was a bit sick on the duvet cover this morning so all the bedding is in the wash, fortunately I was going to change it today anyway.

Also need to sort out my Clubcard vouchers before they expire and while they are still worth 3 times the amount. I usually go for a magazine subscription.

The stretching challenge sounds good. I think sometimes we're all so intent on getting the steps in that we forget how important stretching is
