Oh what a pain with the emergency evacuation. Hope you're not too many floors up as you would have had to use the stairs in an emergency....although knowing your attitude to exercise, you probably already do. I know I would.  Hope it was nothing too bad.

We’re on the 6th floor which is 12 flights of stairs. I don’t do lifts so yes I walk up and down the stairs 😆

Still don’t know what it was. Mr SA reckoned he’d seen something on the news about a suspicious package.

In Mr SA being “helpful” news, I pegged out 2 loads of washing before I went to work this morning. He got the washing in but it was still wet so have had to hang it back out 😬

In Mr SA culinary news, he requested proper chips with his fish tonight. The “proper” chips meant frozen ones rather than ones made from potatoes. Reminded him that said “proper” chips are now £2 ish per bag whereas real potatoes are £1 ish for a larger bag which make a lot more chips than the frozen bags so much cheaper 🙄

I'm truly shocked that you were allowed to go to the loo then to your desk to collect your personal items. Evacuation usually means immediately exit the building. I'd be questioning the emergency plans.

Thank goodness nothing happened and everyone is safe.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    Happy Saturday 🥂

The weather looks great so looking forward to getting outside today.

I’ve got a live ClubFit class at 8.45 then I need to go to the big Mr T. I don’t need much shopping wise but have a massive bag of soft plastic recycling to drop off, shocking how much has been accumulated in just 2 weeks.

DS and the GKs are visiting today to pick up DGS’s birthday presents.

Tonight’s dinner is beetroot burger, wedges and salad. I bought some burger thins from A*di a couple of weeks ago so will see what they’re like. I usually just have my burger in a sandwich thin.

Need to put the Prosecco in the fridge for tonight 🍾

Love Mr SA's definition of " proper" chips. I buy frozen ones in A!d! for about £1 a bag. TBH, I could easily do without them, but DH likes them once a week. He told me I was "sacked" last night because we'd run out...lol
