    Morning all.

    Another hot one today 😎

WFH so a nice relaxing start to the day. Will probably finish early as long as nothing urgent comes up.

Mid week finance check done a day late. CC balance paid off. An oddment of £5.12 has gone to the Christmas pot.

Found a dead bird on the lawn this morning 😞Also discovered the bag of fish food I bought yesterday was all over the garden. Mr SA for some reason thought it was a good idea to empty the contents into an empty hanging basket and it had tipped over in the night. Why would he do this! It would get ruined anyway if it rained. Absolutely senseless 😡 So he got a ticking off when he got up. He's like a loose cannon at the moment. I tried to salvage as much as I could from the ground.

Today's exercise plan is yoga, dog walking (need to do very shortly before it gets too hot), a lunchtime strength training class and Zumba tonight.

Tonight's dinner is a portion of veggie lasagne from freezer stocks with salad.

    It should be a NSD.

I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪

Just the thought of doing Zumba in this heat has made me need a glass of water!

Cats go weird in hot weather too - maybe Mr SA is the same.

Soot had left a dead mouse for us yesterday when I got up at 4.15. I double bagged it & dealt with burying later in case he had the idea of hiding it again.

2026's challenges: 1) To rebuild our Emergency Fund to at least £5k.
    2) To read 50 books (12/50) 3) The Re-Shrinking of Foxgloves 8.1kg/30kg
Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!
