is he apologetic for the accidents?

Morning all, happy Tuesday.
Back to work today but WFH so not too bad, although it's nice to get away from Mr SA when I go into the office.
I will admit he was a handful last night, he had another accident and was quite nasty about it when I pointed out if he couldn't make it in time he has a urinal by his chair for that purpose. He told me to shut up in no uncertain terms 😠 These things seem to go in phases and he has a few weeks where nothing happens then a couple of weeks where he doesn't seem to be able to control himself.
He has the doctors appointment today for the blood test results, I'm going with him even though he doesn't want me to. I think he's probably going to be told to make some lifestyle changes and if I don't go he'll fob me off. I want to mention the accidents anyway.
I have two loads of washing out so hoping it will stay dry today, most of it is Mr SA's.
Today's exercise goal is 15,000 steps including bums & tums at lunchtime and resistance bands tonight. Hoping to get time to get out with the dog for a quick run on the park shortly.
I roasted a load of veg yesterday so am making a roast veg lasagne for tonight's dinner, hopefully I'll be able to squeeze in the leftovers somewhere in the freezer.
The Mr M delivery has been and packed away. No missing items or subs.
I can report an absolute bargain this morning a dress reduced from £50 to £8 then an extra 10% off plus free p&p, so just £6.80. They only had it left in a size 8 which just happens to be my size 😁 It's a gorgeous summery dress and will be fabulous for my upcoming holiday to Zante.

Just catching up after the weekend. Sorry to hear you are having problems with My SA at the moment. Is it possible he has prostate trouble starting? I know when my dad started with that, he had a few accidents trying to get to the loo in time, but much better once he got on medication. Hopefully the Dr's appointment will be helpful.
The dress sounds like a fantastic bargain.

I must admit that I have no experience in caring for a brain damaged person but I feel quite angry at you being told to shut up by someone who relies on you so completely and obviously has no gratitude towards you. If you decided you had enough or god forbid had health problems of your own he would really be stuck.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Very good idea to go along to that Dr's appointment. I think it is time for Mr SA to clean up his own accidents or accept he needs to be using continence products. It isn't acceptable that he seemingly makes no attempt to clean up his own mess. I don't know whether there's an element of the brain damage maybe affecting sort of embarrassment/responsibility/fairness lines of thinking, & I have no experience of living with a brain damaged person. He needs to take what responsibility he can, however, & regular use of continence underwear would be a good compromise. Surely he could manage bagging & binning those & wouldn't it be less embarrassing for him, too? That's why I'm wondering if the brain damage has affected his ability to feel embarrassment, etc, as otherwise, wouldn't he be pretty mortified at what you are regularly having to clean up? And I suppose because you keep doing it (for obvious reasons), I suppose he has no reason to change.
You certainly deserved that dress!
