I think you can be instantly forgiven for losing it SA. You know I think you're a walking miracle working full time and being sole carer.
I really wish you'd reconsider the 'poo pot' - that sounds like it ws at least a £20 one.3 -
These April holidays do get in the way of gardening!
I think the weather's waited to warm up this year so even if you had sown the seeds a few weeks ago, they might still have been slow to germinate. I have a few seedlings from the aubretia I sowed but they seem to be quite slow to grow.
It's hard for you that Mr SA's brain damage has this effect. I only wondered about infection because you said it had been worse since you got back, but that could be coincidence or getting out of routine or something I suppose. I hope it eases soon. I remember you said he refuses incontinence products so it's hard to know how to make the situation easier.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

Our seeds seem to be doing really well this year. Everything is growing nicely.
Sods law of course they will be ready to harvest when we are on holiday in July. The neighbours will have some I'm sure.2 -
Morning, happy bank holiday Monday. Two in a row, next Monday will be a killer 😆
Not sure what today’s plans are. Originally we were going to take the winter duvet to the launderette but the weather forecast is rain. It can wait until another day though when it’s fine as the summer one is staying on now.I can’t really find a quote much cheaper for home insurance so will stay with the current provider.I need to look at the expiring Clubcard vouchers today.Just seen a notice on FB that there’s to be a community litter pick on the park across the road this morning. I completely cleared it of litter yesterday so they’ll be lucky to find any 😬I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
I have always admired you SA but the more I have to care for mum the most I simply cannot believe you do what you do. I find myself so massively frustrated and upset all the time. I end up shouting at the dogs which doesn't help the situation with them either. I just think it takes such dedication and organisation. You really are so impressive.Nevertheless she persisted.6

It's interesting that he didn't have any accidents when you were away but is having them worse now. Could it be anything to do with diet, or toilet access, or concentrating more when away...dunno, just typing aloud...

I agree with @Buffythedebtslayer.
It was accidents that I found the hardest as a carer.
You are doing so well to keep doing the other things that give you pleasure too.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
