I'm on leave now, hurrah!  I can't wait to have a bit of a break.

Still trying to find someone to look at the guttering, but no luck.  DH has been speaking to various people and we think something has been dislodged when we last got the guttering cleaned.  He's going to have a go and see if he can sort it.  Fingers crossed.

Carpet fitter just called to say he's coming tomorrow at 7.45am!!  Eek!  So much for me having time to tidy around before he gets here, but at least he'll be gone nice and early so I can go to little jwil's Easter service.

DH is planning on taking his car for a run on Saturday to give it a good test to see if the issue has been resolved.  If nothing else I'll get a bit of peace!

My plan for the next week is largely just spring cleaning, tidying, decorating and decluttering.  Sorting stuff out around the house.  The kids are doing a first aid course next week, and little miss has plans to have a friend around.  Anything else we'll see what the kids feel like and what the weather is like.  I do want to look at the budget as well.

Enjoy the time off and good luck with your new carpet and your new soa. At least an early carpet fit gives you a head start on putting it back together 🙂
