I need to finish the bedroom this weekend, as we won't be able to next weekend and the carpet is going in the following week.

I did some of the gloss work yesterday and it looks amazing in there, so bright and fresh compared to how it was before.  I need to finish that and touch up some areas as well.

As well as the painting yesterday, it turned out to be a lovely mild day with some sun, so I managed to have all the doors open and sat in the sun for a bit and a potter around the garden.  So good for the soul :)  I also managed to get the washing out for the first time in ages, and get it dried too.  I have noticed that our washing line is broken, so better think about getting a replacement in place.

Have a good day everyone :)

It was really lovely wasn't it.  Felt like spring was on the way.

More painting done today, most of the awkward stuff done and some touching up.  Just got a final bit of skirting board, and the door and frame to do now.  It means I've been able to put the mattress back on the bed which makes life much easier as I don't have to constantly try and move it!

I've also been out to pick up some flowers for my mum for tomorrow (as has the rest of the world judging by the number of people walking around with flowers).

I'm tired and aching, but can see the end in sight now for that room.

Pad's looking good. Especially if you look at how much you have paid since the start of the year. Well done
