Little miss passed her swimming last night, hurrah! She has at the moment decided she wants to continue so we'll need to see if there's a suitable time.
The kids wanted to go family swimming today so I've booked that in for this morning, then we'll pop in and see relatives, and then back so I can go to the funeral this afternoon. I'd rather just curl up and mope to be honest, but it will be good for me not to do that.

I feel absolutely drained and exhausted today. And not in a good 'I've done some exercise' way either. I did do some lengths this morning but got out after about 40 minutes and let the kids stay for the rest of the hour. I think I'm just peopled out this week. I also haven't managed to read much which is a huge thing for me, and tends to wind me down.
The funeral was really lovely and a great tribute to the person. It was quite funny having lots of people coming up and trying to figure out who I was, as I didn't know anyone other than the immediate family."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
