 I freeze our bread immediately, and just take out what I need - mostly the bread slices are easily separated, if not put the tip of a knife between the slice. If making sandwiches, you don't have to wait for the bread to defrost completely.What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?3

 Do you find the bread soggy for sandwiches? I don't have a problem with freezing and using for toast, but that's what I'm most worried about.
