Headache is gone today so that's good.

Little miss is in a Brownie Parade today so not much planned.  I have some badges to sew on this morning.

I'm going to put a gammon in the oven for lunch to have with salad.

DH sold two items so those parcels have been packed and posted.

Have a good day everyone :)

I’m one of those people who sleep on both sides, on my back and on my front and often in a starfish shape 🤣 Then I wonder why my hair is such a mess in the morning!

Good news the headache has gone.

  • That made me laugh @Sun_Addict.  I used to watch an advert where the guy was going through hedges etc when asleep and his hair was chaos in the morning. That is me all over.
Glad your head is better @jwil.  PAD’s going well still - amazing how much can accumulate by adding small amounts.

If I sleep on my back I snore and wake myself up :D:D

Thank you :)  I'm always amazed by my PAD totals as well.

I had a Dr appointment this morning to get the spot on my arm checked out.  Nothing sinister thankfully, just keep an eye to check if it changes in future.  That's a big relief.  I have loads of moles, and had some removed when I was young so am used to keeping an eye on them.  This one was new and not like my other moles, so it was preying on my mind a bit.

I went into the office, leaving at school time to pick up the kids, then finishing at home.  It's worked quite well, and is better than doing the long day in the office, so I might continue with that.  It will also give me additional exercise if I am walking both ways rather than one.

Not much else to report.  I'm just clinging on til payday.  It's seemed like a long month.  Eating is still reasonable, and walking is ok.  Hopefully I'll eventually see some results.  I'm trying not to get on the scales too frequently as it does me no good.

Glad that there is nothing sinister. Also clinging on til payday. Also think this has been such a blooming month. I feel that my life is on hold.

Good idea not to step on the scales too often, I don’t think it gives a true reflection. I can’t understand people who weigh themselves every day, too many fluctuations with water etc. You’re making small changes and these will lead to good results over time.

I also finish my working day from home the days I’m in the office it works a lot better for me and I’ve ticked the box that I’ve been in the office.

Thank you.  I feel the same.  It's been a tough month!

Thank you.  I hope I'll see some results.  You actually inspired me to do the part day at home, it hadn't really occurred to me before, so thank you :)
