Thank you xCrazycatlady2 said:Sorry to hear about your cat x"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -
We've done the deed, and went to the garden centre to get some plants for on top. I also got a couple of reduced planters whilst there, which still have loads of good flowers on there even though they are past their best, so they look bright and cheerful by my patio doors.
I've done the cottage pie at lunchtime so I don't need to cook again later, so this afternoon is time to chill."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee6 -

When our old tomcat passed my daughter had a lovely plaque made with his photo and we still have it where we buried his ashes. It’s such a sad time.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

I have a stone cat, curled up sleeping, in the position where 5 of mine lay under a big tree here 😢. What often worries me is the little ones I left behind in my old garden when I moved. They were marked by a willow tree and some other shrubs, so I really hope no one ever redesigns the garden. I ended with a lot of oap’s all at once (just in case anyone is worried about my cat life expectancy record). The flowers sound lovely 🌷Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien
