That’s so very hard, it never gets easier, but I think when they have had a long and happy life being loved by their family really helps. You made her life special and she was loved ❤️Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Thanks everyone. It definitely feels weird without her!
DH has dug a spot in the front garden so we will bury her today. Not much else planned really."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -

I think I've lost 1/2-1lb this week but my scales seem to fluctuate a lot so I'm not going to worry too much about it, just hope for an overall downward trend. That would be a result considering.
Yesterday was obviously not a great day so:
Breakfast - toast and marmalade
Lunch - quarter pounder with cheese (we had to go to the vet hospital in the next town so had lunch out there)
Dinner - chicken stir fry that was originally planned the other day.
Chocolate did also feature.
Today
Breakfast - toast and marmalade, grapes (need to not get into the habit of having toast again)
Lunch - Not sure
Dinner - cottage pie with veg, and I will probably have carrot and swede mash instead of potato.
I might have dinner at lunchtime depending on what we are doing otherwise."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -
You can’t think about everything, the food will be easier to plan when you have head space for it.🌷
