Thank you :)  She's better today but needs another day at home I think as she's still not eating/drinking well.

PADs are looking very good this month!  I'm less than £1 away from cashing out on one poll too so that will be a nice chunk when I get there.  I doubt it would be this month.

I've got little miss home today again, and I want to listen into a meeting too, so not much planned for today.  We'll give swimming a miss, and little jwil says he wants to walk home after school tonight so no school run needed later.

I desperately need to tidy round and clean, my shopping is due, and I want to spend some time with little miss as she's been so good the last couple of days while I've been stuck in meetings all day.

At least it's half term now!

Wonderful  @jwil! Time to recharge the batteries.   The  doc sounds fab too.  I hope you're giving yourself a pat on the back because your fitness is so much better than you thought.  You can be fit even if carrying some weight but not many people realise it.  Love Humdinger xx

Thank you :)  I used to be relatively fit and very active, even though I was this size.  Covid pretty much put paid to that, but I'm so pleased to hear I haven't completely destroyed it and maybe I can get back to it.

After a lot of refreshing and checking I've managed to cash out on one poll today.  It usually takes a month or so to come through so I will PAD it when I get it.

I tidied around this morning and attended my meeting.  Little miss and I have been snuggled on the sofa this afternoon.  She's decided she now wants to work for the red cross.  She said she likes watching the news with DH as it keeps her informed about what's happening in Ukraine and Turkey.  I've always been a bit uncomfortable about it in case it upsets her.  But clearly she's ok with it and comfortable enough to ask questions.  She was telling me about how different donations amounts would get different items (we have already made a donation) and then she decided she'd go and sort some toys to donate as well. 😍

Then this afternoon she and little jwil were telling me off as they weren't impressed with my singing of 90s tunes :(  Those children have no taste in music :D
