  • Hello jwil.  Just catching up on diaries. You’re making great progress as always.
I’m interested in the spending diary - I was going to do one in February but didn’t quite get there so gave it set up to do in March.  Was there anything that particularly surprised you?

That’s an excellent start to March.
    Thank you :)

It's been a really useful exercise.  I don't actually spend a lot outside of bills and groceries, and much of my 'extra' spending over the last couple of months has been birthdays.  I'm planning on doing this on an ongoing basis so that I know exactly what I need to live on, and ensuring my budget is more accurate.  I'm probably spending more on groceries than I imagine, and I'm spending the vast majority of my disposable income on debts, pads and savings.

Waiting for a call back from 111 at the moment for little jwil.  Hopefully in the next 6 hours!

He had a really bad night with his cough last night and was very croupy.  It's been going on for long enough now, seems to be getting worse rather than better.

Little miss is also coughing now, so it's all lovely here :(

    Hope everyone else is well!

    Thanks everyone.  Still waiting 🙄

We live minutes away from the out of hours surgery and the nearest walk in centre is around 20 miles away.  It's blooming ridiculous that we can't just get an appointment and no wonder people clog up A&E.

I did get a call back around 4pm.  They want to see him.  Now waiting for a call with an appointment!

We went to the pharmacy earlier to see if we could get any advice before everything shut.  I've got some night time meds for kids, so will have that as a back up, and can use it if little miss's cough is bad.

They've just called and said they will ring with an appointment time after 8 tonight.  !!!!!!.
