So stupid when children are involved. If you dont hear by the morning give your gp a ring as I found 111 dont always give the correct information or pass things on. I suppose if you get an appointment tonight you are supposed to drag the children out of bed into the cold night air. What planet are these people on?

It is ridiculous isn't it.  They actually phoned me back and gave us an appointment for 7pm, so that was better.  Funnily enough it was full of children!  Hopefully that was a nudge for them to get the young ones in earlier

All was looking well though, and no signs of infection, so we were told to phone GP if he had another bad night.  We gave both of them the cough medicine from the pharmacy last night, and it was the first time in a couple of weeks the house wasn't full of the sound of coughing!  It's either coincidence, or it worked really well.  Little miss is back coughing this morning so it's good that she at least got a good night's sleep.  Little jwil is coughing, but much less, so that's good as well and hopefully he's finally on the mend.

Thank you,  I've enjoyed a day of quiet, and they are all coughing tonight (including DH).  Hopefully the medicine will work again tonight so they can get a good night's sleep again.

I've had a fairly productive day today at work which is good.

I do need to update the declutter list for last month, I haven't done that!  I did take another bag of clothing to school, some of it is stuff that DH put out.

Thank you :)  Little miss was home yesterday as she's now got it.  It seems neverending!  DH is also coughing though not too bad, and I feel like I'm brewing a cold as well.  Just go away all bugs!  I'm so shattered. 😫
