Delurking to say I’m sorry you’re poorly and hope you feel better soon.  I rarely post but always read along the OS board and having lost my grandparents when I was very young, your posts fill a little gap for me in terms of your wisdom, cheer and general attitude. From all these messages I can tell you do the same for many others too

Just seen one of the team of Doctors and although I still have a barrage of tests to be done this week the main one which was to see if cancer had returned has come back clear.
So along with all my family and firends I am over the moon, and if I could get out of bed at the moment (tethered by machines etc ) I would, if not dance a jig but do a very passable shuffle of joy.
Thanks to the kindness of everyone, and to NRA bless her, I know she has kept you up to date with my shennanigans

  Fingers crossed when I get busted from the 'Big House' I will be back knitting and nattering, and making cakes and biscuits (even though I won't be able to eat them, zero fat in my diets from now on )  so not a sausgae or bacon sarnie in sight ,but if it keeps me fit and well I will learn to if not love it, then like it a bit more
