Many thanks 😊 for the warm welcome. I won't set any targets for the moment. I'm on day 35 today and it feels good feeling good and not groggy. I've stocked up with Schloer and other "adult" soft drinks and looking forward to long days and sone winter walks.6

Huge congratulations to Pollyanna24, that is a massive achievement. Apart from when I was pre and post pregnant I don’t think I’ve gone a year since then. I’m really impressed.
