Disaster yesterday, I went to send out the notes from a key parish team meeting held Friday afternoon and the file wasn't found - it was there on Saturday, it was there Monday morning (I was waiting for a key person to be informed of a big change). I have no idea what to do, except to ask participants to let me know what their action points are. This has never, ever happened for me in 40+ years of minute-taking!!!
