Can I join? With 20 days left in Feb I am going to try and make half of them alcohol free. So, 10 days
I don't think I struggle with alcohol but if we get a bottle of wine on a Wednesday night, I know that means we will we drink each night until the end of the weekend as we have broken the barrier. It is not good and makes me feel rubbish the day after.7 -

I have been alcohol free for 6 weeks and 3 days, which is definitely the longest streak of my adult life I'm sure.
