Life has thrown a few curve balls these past few months - and among other healthy habits, wine for me is an unhealthy coping mechanism. That said, although my alcohol consumption nas not been what I would like, this thread at least helps ensure a few AF days every month. So I will swallow my shame and keep on posting, even if I am at the bottom of the board….
