    11/24 please for yesterday, Thursday. Glad to be in double figures but sadly not going to reach target. Having a glass of wine tonight, included with ticket price so hopefully will enjoy, then back to AF Saturday. Enjoy the sun if you have it everyone.

    8/10   De railed by what I thought was an AF sparkling drink last night but turned out to be 4%.  Should have read the bottle before not after but it was so sweet i only managed a tiny bit anyway but sticking with a really clear count am at 8/10
    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    And a good morning to all you reisling resistors! Beer berefta's. Advocaat avoiders! 20 for me today, please, and 201 AFDs this year. Off to Lewes in Sussex for football. We're playing the local rivals Worthing in a friendly. Slightly worrying as we only have five registered players at the moment No gigs this weekend a rare weekend free - things pick up again next week! Ignore the dodgy syntax, I'm using voice to text So any spelling mistakes are Microsoft's fault...
    Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
