9/20 for me today please. The grumpiness has departed, I'm glad to report.
Today my sister and I planted a gorgeous rose bush "Tranquillity" to mark our mum's ashes. It's her anniversary tomorrow but neither of us are free then. The original rose we planted didn't thrive although we saw a side-shoot with a bud. I reckon the roots from a too-near bush was the reason it didn't thrive. Mum did love roses. It's 5 years since she went up to heaven. Thank goodness she didn't have to endure lockdown loneliness. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?3 -

7/10
See the downfalls and what de rails me, now to decide what to do. The last bottle of wine was taken to a party where I drank it leaving only a premixed bottle of cocktail stuff I would like to re-home and some cider belonging to the boyfriend neither of which I will drink. If I can keep the stuff out of the house I am part way to success. I suppose I need to be clearer with people who bring it in and gift it.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!4 -
