Really late night again. Wondering when the stress of partners job and mother will end and then feel guilty for thinking that.  She has her care assessment today so hopefully something better in place soon.  Fish and chips and a small bottle.  Reducing so cutting down

Good to read you are reducing amounts @Watty1 especially with so much stress. Too often I find it’s all or nothing, a sensible amount seems good to me.
