Walking into another chapter ...

Morning all, the days are disappearing fast now, today I am popping into work for a bit, before that I want to get the stuff on Vinted or it isn't going to happen and then I will be left with a box of stuff in the way. I also want to start my big finance audit, I have no idea when some of my renewals are due, I have no idea how long is left on my phone contract etc, I need to get sorted with it The weather is overcast today so I don't feel the pressure to be doing the garden, and my back still aches a bit from yesterday.

I went on the livechat to chase my bank money yesterday, they say they'll reply in 2 hours, that was at 1.30 yesterday afternoon and nothing as yet

And as if by magic the £200 has just appeared in my new account, the end is now in sight for my summer holiday challenge too, £100 still to come from work for my glasses but that won't be until I'm back at work, but that means I only need to find another £17!!

Vinted items are on there, I'd forgotten just how quick and easy it is to list things on there, so much better than ebay!

£10 item sold on Vinted, and £8 withdrawn from Prolific, means I've reached my summer holiday target already!! I'm sooo chuffed

Thank you both, I'm amazed to have got this far Pixie but am going to ease off for the rest of the holiday now. Maybe some more bits will sell on Vinted, maybe prolific will keep ticking over, but I want to focus on getting more bits crossed off my list now instead

Decking has been painted and another item sold on Vinted for £5.00

I feel a bit bad but I cancelled the last Vinted sale - it was for a jacket but on reflection I do still wear it and it's good for in-between weather before I need my big winter coat. So £5.00 to come off the total again. But in other news, I have been accepted for a market research task, it's via Zoom for 2.5 hours next Wednesday evening, and I will get £80 for doing it I had forgotten I'd applied for it. It does mean that I might get to my actual total without having to include the money from school for my glasses, this could then go back into a pot to start off me next glasses fund
